GlitterDaze Review!

Eee sorry for the late posts, all! I've been crazy busy recently, so postings are gonna be not so regular lol. Anyway, I have 3 Glitter Daze polishes to review for you today! I'm excited, it's my first real review haha. Plus the polishes are freaking stunning. I have Sour Diesel* and White Widow* from the Psychedelic collection and One Grape Love from her Valentines collection, I believe. Anyway, I love the colors here, I think they're really amazing for spring-summer, but you could definitely layer them over vampier colors in the fall & winter:] Here they are [a little larger than usual, also]:

Sour Diesel

Right to left: 3 coats of SD on index and middle fingers, then 1 coat over Revlon Rainforest on ring, and 1 coat over RBL Recycle on pinky.

I love the shimmer in this!! And the colors of the glitters are great, they really go well together.

White Widow: my FAVORITE 

Right to left: 3 coats of WW on its own, 1 coat over OPI Steady as She Rose, 1 coat over Misa Grey Matters, and 1 coat over NOPI You're a Star.

I can't even with this. It's my absolute favorite, and really unexpected for me! Look at that shimmer!! Uhm yesyesyes. It has the same shimmer as Sally Hansen Mystic Lilac, I think, just a lot better haha.

Right to left: 3 coats by itself, 1 coat over Sally Hansen Red Carpet, 1 coat over Wet N Wild Fuchsiarama, 1 coat over Milani Rad Purple

 This looks like it has some shimmer in it which I love. This is definitely my second favorite:]

Happy [Belated] Birthday to Meeeeeeeeeee:]

It was my 20th birthday yesterday!! and I've been celebrating it since Wednesday with friends, the boy, and family [all on different nights], plus I have another family party to go to tonight during which there will be cake. I love cake! Anyway, I've had on one coat of Wet N Wild Ebony Hates Chris, one coat of Cult Nails Clairvoyant, & one coat of Lynnderella Bride of Franken on since Wednesday afternoon, so it was wayyyyyyyyyy too beat up to show you guys. Don't worry, I'll DEFINITELY be doing that combo again soon, so it'll be up here:] So instead of my birthday mani, you get to see my runner up: Kendall on the Katwalk.

This was absolutely my favorite of the Kardashian "Kolors" [hate that freaking K they put in everythinggggggggggg]. Blue + green + purple + GLITTER?! Instant love.

Christmas Eve nails

It's a two for one post today!! Yay! Plus some nail art... Yeah, who knew?? Haha, all the AMAZING holiday manis I've seen other ladies post recently inspired me to mix up my manis a little. So for Christmas Eve, I have on Santa hats!

Aren't they cute?? They make me happy, even though they're sooo far from perfect. I used a coat of NOPI Make a Commet-ment, then dotted the hats on with NOPI Orna-ment for Each Other and Sally Hansen Whirlwind White. I also had on Lynnderella's Happy Holo-daze! a few days ago:

Okay, so I really really REALLY didn't want to like any of the Kardashian "Kolors"... but the glitter!!! Gahhhh, okay, I'm just gonna pretend they have nothing to do with the Kardashians. The first one I have for you is Disco Dolls, a warm gold glitter with a little larger rainbow glitter.

also, anyone notice the difference in brushes in this collection? NOPI had those "Perfect Stroke" brushes for a while, then changed it to the skinny brushes, and now it's wide again, but square...

2 Halloween Fails :[

Hi everyone! So I've been trying to do Halloween themed manis this week & some came out better than others hahaha.. Here's some fails for your viewing pleasure:

This was my base of 1 coat NOPI Traffic Cone & 2 coats Creepy Pumpkin. I actually liked this layering combo a lot, I should have left it :/ 

Then I put on the Jellies decals I got from Rite Aid... mistake! They would NOT stay down with me, even after sooo much top coat. The design was really cute, but the decals kept falling off [I woke up with one in my hair & one on the bottom of my foot.. welp!]

Then, I tried to do the bloody fingerprint mani that I saw here! Except I tried to do the finger prints in City Color Dark Red & it came out too pink:[ (the base color is Revlon Aloof, btw)

Can't win them all, right? It's okay, I'll be posting some not so fails later today & throughout the weekend:]
