Other People's Frankens! [Part 7]

Hi everyone! I'm nearing the end of my series:] I think after this one, I only have 2 left. Anyway, today I have for you Jack Frost from My Nail Graffiti :] I really wanted to wear one of these color shifting ones on its own, and I'm really glad I chose this one. The shift is from blue to pink to pinky purple and I thought I saw some teal, too. I loved it by itself, it was so pretty and light looking.. I had on 3 coats of this, and I couldn't see noticeable VNL at that point.

I tried to get as much of the color shift as I could, but it was SO hard to capture. Like the other 2 color shifting ones, Jack Frost has holo and iridescent glitters throughout it. Again, total win from My Nail Graffiti!

Other People's Frankens! [Part 6]

Hi! I have another beautiful polish from My Nail Graffiti: Snow Day! I was so excited to try this one, I knew it would be one of my favorites:]

This is 3 coats

It's like a way better version of Essie Marshmellow

I love how soft and squishy it looks!

I totally see the snow reference in this, and I think it's gorgeous. the big iridescent glitter is too pretty.. Formula wise, this was really thick, but I put it a little polish thinner and it was a LOT better. I think this might be my new go-to light color:]

Other People's Frankens! [Part 5]

Picking up the series with HARE polish Archipelago! This was the one that impressed me the most out of all 4 polishes. Maybe I built it up too much in my head? I don't know, it's super pretty and I will definitely wear it a lot, but I think I wanted just a liiiiiittle more glitter. Anyway, this is the [still very] lovely  Archipalego!

it's a deep blue jelly with these really amazing copper glitters in it. it's supposed to look like islands in the ocean!

I had on 3 coats, & like Bisbee, I needed all three.

it kinda reminded me of my jeans hahaha

What do you think of Archipelago??

Other People's Frankens! [Part 4]

My first HAREpolish!! Nikole from Nailing It! [seriously, go look at those swatches... jealous haha] makes really amazing polishes. I was lucky enough to snatch up 2 last time they went on sale [they sold out in 5 minutes]. I wanted to try out Bisbee today. it's a really pretty turquoise jelly with big & smaller gold glitter. The color of the gold is really yellow, so in the turquoise jelly base, it's a little green looking! Really unique.

I had on 3 coats of polish for these pictures & it definitely needed it. I was a little worried with the lack of glitter getting on my nails, but after 3 coats & minor manipulation, I was really happy with the look. The jelly is really interesting, it's so creamy, but still decidedly a jelly!

Other People's Frankens! [Part 3]

For my next installment of OPF, I wanted to show you my all time favorite nail polish: Lynnderella's Bride of Franken! My pictures don't do it justice.. It's so insanely mesmerizing. I had on Wet n Wild Black as the base, then I put on China Glaze Snow Globe, then BoF on top of all that... Instant galaxy nails!

Pure magic.. BoF close up

SG close up.

I kept looking at this mani all day. I need like 17 million bottles of Bride of Franken.

Other People's Frankens! [Part 1]

I have a double post today! :] So I had on Brucci Amelia's Amethyst all day today, & it was tooooo pretty, but I had to take it off to test out some frankens I was mixing.. Anyway, I decided to use it as a base for 2 polishes in my OPF series.

All by itself! It's a blue-based purple with this gorgeoussssss magenta & blue shimmer... love.

Lynnderella's Bibbitty Bobbitty Blue made it more blue tinged.

I LOVE the different sizes of blue glitter, with that purple & lighter periwinkleish color thrown in.

I topped off my left hand with My Nail Graffiti's Glacier Frost. The color shifting pigment is so dense in these! Then the iridescent & holo glitters make it really unique.

Seriously, how gorgeous is that..

What do you think?? Aren't these so pretty? I've worn the Lynnderella over dark blue as a full mani, & it's really pretty there too.

Coming Up!

I'm really excited to do a little series that I'd like to call Other People's Frankens [I'm really creative, I know]! I've shown a few of my frankens here already, but I just got in the Ice collection from My Nail Graffiti's winter line, plus I just wore Lynderella's Cauldron Drippings, so what better time than now, right? :] I'll be showing these amazing polishes:
Bisbee & Archipelago from Nailing It! ,

Cauldron Drippings, Bride of Franken, Bibbitty Bobbitty Blue, Connect the Dots, & She Lived in a Swamp from Lynnderella,

& Snow Day, Black ice, Jack Frost, Permafrost, & Glacier Frost from My Nail Graffiti !

I'm so excited for these:] Which are you most excited to see??
