Hello all! How was everyone's weekend?? The boy was here for a visit, it was really nice:] And my housemate's 21st birthday, so that was interesting.. Haha. But overall, a great weekend, and we're heading out soon to watch the Pats-Ravens game soon! I don't really have a team I really root for, but I figure it'll be fun to watch. Also, it's been stunning out all day and I am LOVING this fall weather. I'm in a rambling mood today, so I'll cut to the polishes now lol
I have 2 Nostalgic polishes for you today. The first is Bitchcraft. This mani is 2 coats Zoya Shawn and 2 coats Bitchcraft.
And finally, I have a flash contest for you! I have a big review post going up tomorrow that I'm so excited about, these polishes really spoke to me. So while the end result of this wasn't bad, I HATED putting this polish on. I flipped the bottle, shook it, fished around, swirled the brush, shook some more and application was still a pain. It took way too much work to get a sparse amount of glitter on the nail. I like the color combination, but I won't be using this polish again, way too much of a hassle :/
Luckily, The Brain made up for it. Shown here at 3 coats.
Doesn't this remind you of Spongebob?! I like this one a lot, the blue glitters look so cute in the yellow base. And while it may not be seasonally appropriate, it's so happy looking! And also, the Spongebob thing. Seriously, how can that not make you smile? Thankfully, the formula was a lot better on this one, no fishing for glitters. And while it's a little sheer, it's definitely buildable.
